The positive trait, Emotional Control, however, does not suffer nearly as often as usual and gets a bonus for certain interactions to help them calm down faster, such as listening to music.
Emotional Control: Uncontrollable Emotions is the negative reward trait associated, resulting in many bad mood swings for the user. 
Bad Manners is a negative reward trait that will result in many social failures for this Sim. They will never act gross and gain a special interaction, "Offer Gratitude" when visiting other Sims.
Manners: Good Manners is a positive reward trait that gives a bonus to your Sims while raising relationships. If your Sim falls in the middle, they will be unaffected. These bars are split in half and depending on how positive or negative your Sim is in each category, they have the possibility of earning a good or bad trait. With a higher skill, they will move faster, be able to dance, and build block towers. As a toddler, this skill will dictate their capabilities to get around, such as going up or down the stairs. Movement: The equivalent of Motor Skill for Child Sims. Raising this skill will unlock new interactions for Toddlers such as naming their toys and the ability to read toddler books. Imagination: Evolves into Creativity Skill for Children. The higher their skill level the more interactions they can do! Obviously, your toddler will learn how to talk and interact with other Sims. Communication: Turns into Social Skill during child life stage. This skill also unlocks interactions such as "Ask Why." Toddlers will also take better care of their own needs. The higher their skill level the less likely they are to throw tantrums, and sleep through the night. Thinking: Progresses into Mental Skill for children Sims. Potty Training: As described, when you have successfully leveled this skill your Sim toddler will stop using the diaper automatically and start using the potty instead!. Earning skills as a toddler will start you out with these skills slightly higher as a child depending on what level you have earned. When they grow to a child they will be replaced with an equivalent. Toddlers have multiple skills they can raise.
